Ken Ortize is the Senior Pastor at Calvary Spokane. Each week, Ken uses his gift as a pastor and teacher to lead the congregation verse by verse through Scripture, "to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ" (Ephesians 4:12-13). Ken has been a pastor since 1974. He served as Married's Pastor at Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa prior to taking the position of Senior Pastor in Spokane in 1983.

Pastor Ken frequently speaks at conferences and retreats on topics of marriage and family. His book, Marriage The Way It's Made To Be, provides couples with a highly reliable source of information as they seek to understand and apply the biblical standards for marriage. Pastor Ken's Marriage Series is now available on DVD as well.
